Top location, quality, amenities and look/feel.

Certainly agree although I actually preferred One12 more when looking at the units. Nice amenities too. Both great additions to university area.

 
Very, very impressive. Top of market in look, feel, amenities, details and pricing. The 3 storey townhomes ($3475/mo) are really, really well designed and are being snapped up by hospital docs and profs. The corner 2+2 ($2750) are very nice and have incredible views... shame about the snow today. Over 80% leased!

I'm very glad for these buildings, which add a lot of vitality to the campus area. But...
...snapped up by hospital docs and profs.
Honestly, I can't imagine being a prof and choosing to live that close to your students. Heck, that's half of why I chose Wîhkwêntôwin over Garneau/Strathcona. But to each their own!
 
MacLab is still involved in the abandoned Car dealership on Jasper and 116-117. They had also optioned the land 0n 102nd Ave and 108th Street (funeral home site) -- not sure if they are going ahead with anything there. They are and always have been a quality developer so one to watch for sure. They are practically at the point of being a magnet for successful ventures. They study Retail/Hospitality making design allowances for their implementation.
