I suspect so. During discussions regarding technology deployment in the new spaces and backfilling the coming vacant space, I was told it was nearly all going to be sciences as they're bursting at the seams and would be a good interim fit until more purpose built space can be built.

I hadn't noticed before and you can't really see it well in the pictures but there's some cool subtle texturing in the brickwork.
