The city has been talking about the redevelopment potential for 20 years. This is another report. There is so much concrete happening in this city and on urbantoronto. 8 separate threads speculating that something will come of the report is unnecessary spam at this point. In time.
 
Will be nice to get the site developed to pull activity further along Dundas Street, and to get that safe injection site moved away.

Sam's sign will need to move yet again I suppose. Maybe second time's the charm?

While they're waiting to develop this site they could probably get some decent income from digital advertising on the second and third floors of this building. Or is that not allowed on a city owned property.
 
The sale, at market-value for redevelopment purposes of the City-owned and occupied building at 277 Victoria is on the agenda for the March 7th meeting of CreateTO.

CreateTO would not be the ultimate proponent, but I have put them in the title as it is their project pending sale.

It was approved (now on to Council)
