Our history ... tear down old and/or historic buildings, leave lot vacant for a long time or turn into a parking lot and repeat. How do you think we got so many empty lot downtown?

This building is what makes a warehouse district such a thing. It's the exact same building as the one a block west (Campio). Disappointing a similar use wasn't possible and a loss for the warehouse vibe on 104st.

^ That's the line that came from the Developers pre-'O. Apparently at that earlier time they were woking on a scheme that was going to awe us.
