Anthem assembles 280 acres of dev. land in southeast Calgary

Vancouver-based Anthem Properties has completed a land assembly of 280 acres in two transactions in southeast Calgary where it plans to develop a community of 2,500 housing units in single- and multifamily buildings, plus commercial properties.

Several stops along the MAX 301 corridor on Centre Street have had their shelters and signage installed, which currently read "Max TBD"
The platforms have also had blue tactile strips installed

We already sold the downtown fare free zone, might as well be the Max Lime or the Max Neuron.

Noticed this new structure going up at the park in Currie. Couldn't find anything on the DMAP. Site had a makeshift ice rink last winter.

There’s construction on foundations that look like townhomes beside the new Long & McQuade in Seton. There’s a trailer but zero signage. Anyone know anything about this project?

Nearby there’s lots of construction (and paving) on Market street.

No pics but an entire row of townhomes went up seemingly overnight on this lot. I've never seen such rapid construction. Never even saw them erect the structure. Looks nicer than the standard townhomes so far. Balconies are recessed and lots of windows.
