Heard that the parcel to the east of the strip mall/south of the park and ride in Douglas Glen is being serviced. At one time, a large condo project was planned there. Unsure what is going in.

There has always been 2-3 projects on the go in Marda Loop since I moved here in 2015. I don't think the construction will be done in 2027.

I drove by yesterday and the private road leading to the car dealerships behind the Gold's Gym is gone and excavators are digging what looks like utilities in the corner where the phase 1 condo buildings were proposed.

There’s construction on foundations that look like townhomes beside the new Long & McQuade in Seton. There’s a trailer but zero signage. Anyone know anything about this project?

The columns in the foreground are indeed for the Cabins. As for what’s going beside Long & McQuade I have no idea.

I can’t find anything about this project when I Google it. Is it stalled at this stage?

It’s on the interactive map. Definitely not stalled as they just started and have forms up for more columns.
The map shows it, though it might need to be adjusted on the map, as often with new neighborhoods the address in the DP doesn't match the map's exact location.
