I really like the design. I would have preferred the wood just a shade or two darker but it could just be the pics/daylight giving the wood that washed out look - almost looks same colour as court house.
That’s an elegant design man nicely done.Funny enough, I just came across a design I did back in 2008 for a mixed use tower and arts hall for this very site!

Small anecdote. We have friends visiting with us from Spain and I was showing them all the buildings around Churchill square. I asked someone at the door to the winspear if we could peak inside, and he said he’s not supposed to but he could let us. He let us step inside the main performance hall and the symphony was in rehearsal. It was beautiful. Almost brought a tear to my eye. What a special space this is in a downtown that is struggling a little bit to find its footing
They will need security 24/7 to protect all that glass from the local street life.A decade in the making!
