If that's true it'll be a real shame cause this was one of the nicer mid-rises that have been proposed recently. Hopefully someone picks it up, it'd suck to have another Five Cornersesque hole sitting around for a while.

This would have been /(hopefully still will be) a great addition to the University Area. It's great to see more developers like Niche, WestOak, Beljan etc. bring higher quality buildings to the City as oppose to the typical low rises we are use to.

Pagnotta was working as CM on this for WestOak and retendered everything, but that's going back over a year ago now!
I had heard at one point they even had a restaurant lined up for the main floor. I hope this somehow gets going again...

Is the top half stucco? Brick for six stories until you can't see it anymore up close special! That blank wall in the first photo is awful.

Hopefully the cursive hand writing doesn't end up in the built version, but maybe they are going for a dated vibe from the get go.

I think pagnotta may run their developments under the name Pagaro investments. They hold some properties under this name too. Might be wrong on this, but I think that's the case.
