Does it mean anything if the for sale signs are now gone on the property?
Were both for sale signs down - one was along 102 Ave and the other along 121st?

About 1-2 months ago I was walking down 102Ave and the for sale sign was off the fence and covering the sidewalk, so my buddy and I leaned it back on the fence, but it wasnt secured. Maybe it got removed.

Or, it was mentioned earlier in this thread that a local developer was looking at both this and the site to the north. Hopefully something has been finalized.

Can confirm there are no more for sale signs on site. One of the defaced Jameson signs is still up. The site to the north still has a sale sign.

As SMayo confirms no sale signs at all. 😀

Well, I can actually confirm unequivocally, that I saw through my own very eyes, as recently as yesterday at about 10:53am, that the for sale signs are indeed gone.

There's still one up for the ol' St.John's School site, however.

I’m not hearing good things about the state of the shoring unfortunately
Does anyone know when this bike lane was installed?

Walking by the site this week and something caught my attention. If you look closely at the road on the southside of the hole, you will see that the asphalt on the bike lane has shifted towards the hole by 2-3". The crack travels past the house that is located on the east side of the hole. The crack does not extend further than that. I was surprised that no one has noticed this.
