That blank wall will be stone masonry, most likely some high-end stone. Don't think we've heard of such material on a high-rise or any type of building for quite some time, so I'm curious to see the finished product.

It sounds like it could be quite nice, to paraphrase a more famous quote, they found a city of stucco and left one of stone. I hope others will also up their game here. That blank wall will be stone masonry, most likely some high-end stone. I've heard the Lassard House name but can't remember the location. Can you provide an address?@Offworld what's your opinion of the Lassard House?
It's on Victoria Promenade next to the Annamoe (spelled Lessard—after Senator Prosper-Edmond Lessard).I've heard the Lassard House name but can't remember the location. Can you provide an address?.
That took me a few minutes to figure out with Google Maps. I can't say I'm enamoured with most of the exterior material on Lessard. The black trim is nice but the faux (or is it a real veneer) sandstone along the street frontage looks like about one of a thousand suburban house treatments I feel like I've seen. It's on Victoria Promenade next to the Annamoe (spelled Lessard—after Senator Prosper-Edmond Lessard).
Nice!Excavation should be starting August-ish
