Ice District currently seems rather too corporate with not much activity at some times outside business hours, so this could actually be better and surpass it in some ways.It could be another branch of the Ice District.
Just imagine how lively and dense it will feel once all of Stationlands is complete!Once Tower 2 goes, that is going to be one DENSE block.

No news from what I know. Would be great to get that going again for sure, need momentum to continue on 101 St.!Are you referring to the Holiday Inn that was supposed to replace the Urban China space? If so then it's likely dead for some reason, but I'll let the downtown urbanists chime in.
