Is the above-ground integration with the RAM and future pedway part of this phase of construction or will it be part of the tower phase? Looks like the former but hard to tell.

It is a connection to both RAM and Qualico towers and there is an above ground access as well.

Yes, much of the area that you have circled is destined to be an urban park -- Roundhouse Park -- shown in plan bounded by the purple fringe... it is under construction now as part of the underground pedway construction. The area outlined in light blue below depicts future phases

My daughter attended a Montessori School in Los Angeles for ages 3 and 4 and when she transferred to LAUSD for Kindergarten they advanced her to second grade. Years go by... she got her PhD at the University of Birmingham (England) and now is a tenured professor at the National University of Singapore. Point is Montessori is an excellent educational starting place affording a great chance at future success.

They should have their updated Construction Documents for the 37-storey tower in Building and Safety by now
