I missed the part of "Close to lease up." However, could have sworn it has 258 units rather than the "285" listed in the article...
You'd think that the editor of Western Investor would know that Qualico Properties is Winnipeg based corporately and Edmonton/Calgary based operationally, not "Vancouver based".

I like the choice of paving stones for walk and a bit of concrete to the side for bike lock up/light fixtures etc
