This building would look a liiiiitle better if those snow brakes were removed from the roof, and it badly needs a coat of paint.
It looks so ugly, even the unfinished LRT station looks better.

Did the cost overruns overwrite the cost savings and rehabilitating the existing structure? We shoulda just built from the ground up. And many of us were saying this over on C2E years back.

The panels on the Library are not uniform in colour, probably due to some pieces being stored outside for some time before being installed.
'The metal on the garbage can (minus the lid) is completely uniform in colour and design.
