Awesome news, great to see some out of town developers taking interest in our city. If they go the full 32 storeys it will stand out quite a bit in the east Jasper area. They are going to have a new, tall, dense neighbour.

Agreed! Props to Rohit (and Regency for Edgewater) for taking a chance on this area and revitalizing it to the point an eastern Canada developer is investing.Awesome news, great to see some out of town developers taking interest in our city. Is this estimate a sign the developers are serious or is it just standard marketing? The company is estimating it will begin construction in about 18 months and the project will be completed in about 30 months.
Interesting. What is the reason for this? Sales for wood framed condos are tougher because of interest rates? Movement to concrete buildings or just don't buy?we'll see how the sales process goes on phase 1 and with interest rates rising, many pro formas are not working esp on wood frame.
