I agree that if there is some dort of personel it could help but because the stations like this one is so open, no doubt there will be those who will enter and/or loiter and cause issue anywhere through out the station. But also too, yes I do feel ETS and EPS would rather pass the buck to each other than deal with this issue themselves.
