Indeed, but (*COVID) a Hyatt there would have been both the benefits of a hotel ie. greater come/go traffic and area spending along with long-term suites. That said, I hope work continues for the area needs this kind of injection versus the current injection types.

Just hopefully a decision is made sooner than later... having a ghost building on an integral part of Jasper Ave in DT sucks, and having it idle for years waiting on direction would be brutal.

Personally, this Hyatt and Tower 101 are the most exciting and the ones I’m hoping for more news that they’ll be moving forward this year
