Why is there a fence blocking the MUP? It looks like there is a sidewalk in front of it going from the parking lot to somewhere?

I was there a few months ago and that fence was there. I thought it was temporary, guess not!

Does that MUP go right by the Remand? Maybe it's there to prevent people from walking by during the demolition?

You would think they would put detour signs for MUP users to give directions around the demo zone
