Those buildings on the right look like the NW corner, which there isn’t anything official for yet, right?
The current proposal is just the tower on the left and the building behind it?

I know its a massing picture, but my eyes just focused on that huge 6 to 8 land wide road going between the two buildings.

Great for the area! Should drive increased foot traffic and transit ridership too.
It's interesting to note that 2 of the 3 malls connected by the Valley Line now have direct grocery access from different grocers. (I don't really count Loblaws despite its pedway connections). I'm surprised we haven't gotten a South Asian grocery store in Millwoods tbh.

The Development permit is still shown at 'In Progress' and Might be Stuck in Red Tape
and It may have Led to a Major Delay of this project
I Think this may have gone from "Starting in Early 2025" to Starting in 2028-2030
