Great for the area! Should drive increased foot traffic and transit ridership too.

It's interesting to note that 2 of the 3 malls connected by the Valley Line now have direct grocery access from different grocers. (I don't really count Loblaws despite its pedway connections). I'm surprised we haven't gotten a South Asian grocery store in Millwoods tbh.
 
Just drove by….NO Mighty Machines on site….still being used as a temp parking lot

The Development permit is still shown at 'In Progress' and Might be Stuck in Red Tape
and It may have Led to a Major Delay of this project

I Think this may have gone from "Starting in Early 2025" to Starting in 2028-2030

Can anyone shed some light on this new revelation?
 
Is this just speculation?

Seems like there's been no progress on the buildings, but the No-Frills is still on track to open later this year.
