If memory serves, Stantec was involved in the first go-round now some 1/2 dozen years ago. Maybe they are trying to revive the first Development Permit. Exciting Project, if so.

Description: The City has received a rezoning application from Stantec Consulting Ltd. The current zone is Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2 (1214)) and the proposed zone is a Direct Control Zone (DC), which proposes to add the City Centre Temporary Parking use as well as to align language from the existing DC2 (1214) with the recently-approved Zoning Bylaw 20001. The subject lands are located within the Centre City Node contained in the Central District Plan.
