A lot of flight cancelations across the country from Westjet in the last day (again) that doesn't seem to be as evident with any of the other carriers right now and beyond just weather - such as passenger volume, staffing issues and aircraft maintenance.
And of course the airline is impossible to get answers from. Some people are being told not to expect rebookings until Boxing Day. Yikes!
"It's just frustrating that WestJet are not being held accountable, or at least not giving the passengers a just reason as to why they were cancelled and a just reason as to why they cannot accommodate them to their destination. It's frustrating."
CBC News has contacted WestJet for clarity and comment on the situation.
"WestJet needs to stand up to the plate," she said. "They still have no answers. And I don't know how WestJet can get away with this."
