They were tearing more of it up when I went by earlier today. Good sign - so far this seems to be proceeding at a good pace.

It brings me great joy to see this parking lot ripped up and some activity taking place here. Wonder how much work will be done by the time fall is over?

Well, by December 20 I expect them to be done with the parkade excavation with formwork close to starting.
