Hoping it fills up fast and it’s not too long a wait for towers two and three!

I just want to see the sidewalks finished and the CRUs ready for business.

I don't think so sadly. Maybe one day the first one might get some interest since they're doing a conversion project nearby anyway

How no one has applied for rezoning on those eyesores for redevelopment just irks me lol. Ripe for density now that some other major parking lots are getting filled in.

One idea is the hotel could expand and build on the lot immediately north of its current building and of course this is a fairly good location for residential as the LRT station is less than a block away.

I wonder if the sidewalk is going to be just a standard sidewalk or will it be a continuation of 81st Avenue as it is now on the other side of 104th Street
