Nighttime view

The entrance is...well, an entrance.

Looks pretty much like the entrance to one of the ground floor units - so leaves a little something to be desired.

But pretty standard I guess for 3-6 storey buildings.

Mercury, at 7 storeys, is much more impactful. I wouldn't mind seeing the bar raised a bit from this G4 example.

^ Interesting. I drove by on 112 early this morning, and thought I saw items stored on a balcony. Chalked it up to darkness and bad vision because I didn't think it was that close to renting. Good to hear!

This one while certainly not going to win any design awards is at least decently proportioned aesthetically speaking and well apportioned in the materiality sphere without the use of any garish ribbons of color that scream "look at me" (yet?).

Instead of those ribbons of colour, the building uses a few ribbons of hard to look at bright light that I would have preferred was just omitted. The light looks ok in the pic above, but when dark is a bit too much for my liking - kinda cheapens it.

I haven't seen it at night yet, but I kind of feared that it might end up like WSP Place.
