He has a personal beef with Ian
You keep saying that and I keep saying that it is with Westrich, not Ian (only criticism with Ian from my perspective is his artless photography and broad-based statements like "concrete construction is too expensive" -- I guess as a justification in support of his newish employer. Now where you are concerned that is an entirely different matter. You can't seem to get over the fact that you were "let go" shortly after you were hired -- you have some deep-seated personality problems in my view that get in the way of you being an ideal employee (seems now to be borne out by your sketchy employment history). I don't want to go into them here unless you force me to...

The building on a holistic basis is average imho. The elevation with the corner floor to ceiling windows create a visually appealing exterior and should give those suites an "up scale" ambience with average decorating. The other elevations appear to be representative of plain old plain old suites designed to warehouse people and generate revenue.

Please do. Out of the two of us, I am pretty sure I am not the sketchy one, and I have evidence to back it up. If you want to go down that road, I would be thrilled to post up every single e-mail exchange between us that debunks your whole story. At this point, I don't even know anymore if you're just really good at making up stories or you're so far gone that you really believe them.

Guys, please make a new thread for member drama and go gangbusters there. I'm morbidly curious but I don't want that cluttering up the other threads,

I have all the same information plus recorded phone calls -- it was the basis of those phone calls that prompted attorney Rod McLennan to suggest not hiring you -- concurred by the rest of our company's shareholders. You can continue to use this site to air your so-called "grievances". In some senses I feel sorry for you -- hanging on so desperately to the past and having an outsized need to find friends who might sympathize with you. A better course would be for you to just drop it and respect that this site is for all things Edmonton -- not all things Gabriel Monteiro Queiroz

DAMNNNN he got namedropped 😵‍💫. Also, McLennan of the McLennan Ross that sponsored the stage at Big Sugar's recent show? (But again, guys, move it to a new thread.)

Namedropping me, and citing a big name lawyer that, I would bet, has never heard of you, means absolutely nothing.

As much as I’d love to see a Skyrise themed telenovela, a mod should probably shut this thread down for a lil bit

Should I also bring up the long history of cons that landed you over 6 years of probation on your architect license in California?
You just don't know when to quit do you! Rod McLennan, formerly Senior Partner at McLennan Ross, sadly passed away a little over a year ago. I designed the first iteration of their offices (under the firm name Powell Blackburn Design Ltd. -- yes I was the Powell) many years ago and Rod became a life-long friend through that relationship. Now if you want to put your big-boy pants on you can phone Peter Taschuk or David Ross (both still senior partners at the firm) to confirm the relationship that I had with Rod and the design scenario re their office (I doubt you are brave enough for that -- but there is the challenge). Here is another challenge for you -- re my architectural license and the "documents" that you believe you have so wisely uncovered. I am not going to go into great detail here -- the case brought against me by the two ex-clients was dismissed in Civil court but (reminding me somewhat of you) that wasn't good enough for them so they went after my license. The defense was going to cost me over $25,000.00 in Lawyers' fees and the fees that I had charged the ex-clients was just under $12,000.00 (even you should be able to do the math on that) -- so from purely a financial outcome I settled the case by repaying their fees. This is the challenge part -- the last person who posted those documents on this site had to remove them and was permanently banned from the Skyrise City site (membership revoked). So to quote Dirty Harry "go ahead, make my day" -- if you want to risk being permanently banned from the site -- post them again (that is not permission -- that is a dare!). You are such a small child!
