I am not really anti other cities, but it is nice to see us come out ahead here of the perpetually golden haired city to our south that seems to generate and get endless hype.

They always seem to have a more boom bust market than we do so I feel prices and construction there got ahead of itself. Now there will be some adjustment there and a chance for us to move ahead more.
