That will pull in the hotel guests.

You're thinking inside the box, I like it.There is room for a 3 car window cashier setup for a Starbucks or MacD. Up the hill drive right into the signage lane, go to window 1,2 or 3 grab your coffee and carbs and turn right east bound on Jasper.![]()
Least needed land to be developed. Keep as park please COEGood! The City needs buy it (using downtown CRL) and rename as Robert Burns Park. Or Fairmont should buy it.

Working next to it for the past decade - the park isn't heavily used. There's an entire river valley on the other side of the hotel. I'm not opposed to developing this at all.
How about the 30 other parking lots, dirt lots, or gravel lots? Or all the old and run down buildings? Let’s get all of those in line before a park that beautifully fronts one of our greatest architectural gems and which has some of the largest trees in all of our downtown.Working next to it for the past decade - the park isn't heavily used. Yes I'm ashamed of it.I'm definitely opposed to developing it.
The Hotel Mac is an iconic building that needs to be displayed from Jasper Ave in all its glory. I simply don't understand why there's this dire need to hide it with some new building. Are you ashamed of the Hotel Mac, or what? Why don't they erect this new building where it is sorely needed, such as the NW corner of Jasper Ave/99 St?
