Just off Ossington a bit of Dundas, I've always found this sloped streetcars interesting

If you painted the house on the north side of the lane a bright, cheery colour, and slightly narrowed the street, re-did it with interlock, and used elegant railings, you could make it feel very San Fran..........

So this long neglected building is about to spring back to life as a café with patio. At the emerging intersection of Landsdowne and Dundas. Taken 18 June.

Same as the craft brewery space across the street, it's tough to get people to make their way to these "end of the strip" sites. Something needs to be really good to entice them to be there in order for these businesses to have longevity.

Newish café/barber/retail enterprise on Dundas West just west of Ossington. Definitely not cozy but fresh, bright and happy as befits its’ clientele. Taken 13 July.

1596 Dundas West starting construction. Will look for rendering as this is a large multiplex. Also the high turnover building at Dundas/Landsdowne now has a patio. Nice laneway project that has been incrementally worked on over 15 years. Some random shots of one of my favourite neighbourhoods. Taken 23 August.

Looks like they could be gearing up to install traffic lights for the driveway that leads into the No Frills on Lansdowne just south of Dundas

1512 Dundas West just west of Dufferin. Don’t know if it is new but the first time that I have noticed it. Love it!

The Dundas Video bar at 831 Dundas St W, which had video games and live music nights, has closed down. It's been replaced by a more generic looking Fox and Falcon pub and wings place.
