Did some math and there will be quite a few new units and new folks living in the north part of Downtown once the below projects are completed:

Downtown North Projects	Dwelling Units
CN Tower Conversion	344
The Switch Phase 1 (COMPLETED)	285
The Switch Phase 2	408
Ice District 2.0 Phase 1	354
Total Units	1,391
Estimated Population (assuming 1.25 people per unit)	1,739

Between these four projects, you are looking at the population of a small town being added, which is great.

I'm sure I'm missing a whole bunch. Obviously this doesn't include anything below 8 units infill wise. I like buildings but not that much lol
