Energy Square building is in the process of being purchased by a well known downtown developer. I will share more details when I can.

That's great news. Maybe another conversion? I have always loved its gold skin, especially since loosing the gold on Scotia Place. I hope if there are any exterior changes in the future that the color remains.

The one being marketed as a conversion was energy square (10109 106 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3L7) and the one being completed now down the way is Centre West conversion.
