Than lease it to Sea Change, yes.

(Or SC to lease from Dub, yes.)

Dub did let Ale Architect contract brew out of there for a short period before they opened their own place. And a Bent Stick brewmaster worked at YH too, so maybe they have better relationships with him.

There is a cargo elevator on the east side, but it needs to be brought up to code if to be used regularly and for public use.
