^ Don't get your hopes down. With a little imagination it could make an excellent eatery location... overhead doors completely in glass X3, lots of room for outdoor landscaping and patio seating, valet parking, single storey makes for easy implementation for kitchen exhaust/make-up air/HVAC (right @Airboy?), accessible location, and an ideal venue for mid-to-upper level dining (right @ADob and @constance_chlore?). Helps to make downtown more walkable, yes? (right @Greenspace and @Avenuer and @Kosy123 ?)

I, for one, lament the loss of any business downtown that serve a useful purpose for residents/businesses in/around downtown, even if just a windshield repair spot. Not everything has to be a fancy resto-pub, albeit it's a cool idea (like a modern variant of Garage Burger, mice and all)
