Park and ride LRT station just down ellerlsie. Which will hopefully be fully twinned soon.

I guess, but the "just down the road" is like saying south campus station is at Fort Edmonton Park.

1hr and 12min walk. Not exactly LRT “served”.
50-60min bus ride if transferring at the park n ride.

I suspect you will see much different bus times once there’s an lrt there.

Maybe. At best it'd be 20-30mins still. Again, not "LRT in the area" as was originally being claimed. The bussing might improve a bit in the area over the coming decade. But it'll never be LRT served until an entirely new line is brought to the area.

It’s an 8-minute drive from the Currents to Heritage Valley Transit Centre. So a 10-15-minute bus ride without traffic and few stops along the way (ex. By taking the Henday from Windermere Blvd and Rabbit Hill Road.
