Three Horses at Dupont and Dufferin - very cozy and I dig the retro western/biker/hot rod vibe 😁

Found Coffee on Shaw. Great corner location in a historic building in a hip area, and a huge patio, but…the interior is not cozy! Before Found took over, it was a different indie cafe and small market that fully utilized the brick walls. Found ruined it by putting stark white paint everywhere. Ugh.

La Golosa gelateria - brand new! Excellent gelato - their pistachio is on par with the local champion, Mizzica, so I’m pleasantly shocked.

Bonus: I’m updating this thread as I sit here and slurp this delectable treat - Towered reporting to you, live on scene!!! 😁

Even without couches?! 😮 Musta been an amazing cookie indeed!
No couches, but there is cushioned bench seating along one wall. And just look at all the thoughtful design details everywhere - they clearly put a lot of effort into the aesthetics, and I strongly appreciate that. That's why I find places with large, sparse, white surfaces quite offensive. It's utterly lazy, unimaginative and cheap.
