Small update on these, Building 1 is slowly getting occupied now, but Building 2 still has some work that needs to be done. Fencing is still up around parts of Building 2, with the landscaping around where the construction hoist used to be still needing to be completed.
Building 3 (phase 2) construction seems to have just gone above grade, with a small concrete wall.

No photos unfortunately.

Building 1 is a good amount occupied now, and building 2 should start occupation really soon. Still some landscaping to do along Dundas. Hopefully some retail moves into Building 1 soon, as it has 1140 sqm of retail. The neighbourhood is also in dire need of some commercial options.

Building 3 is now all above grade, photos from March 8th:

And finally there is some interesting lighting structures being installed around the first, mixed use, building:

This area should be getting a structure similar to the the 5th photo installed soon:

Finally seeing where the "Clockwork" name comes from 🤣

The clock has finally come to Clockwork... and it is one massive clock (easily 6+ ft tall). Another shade structure has also been installed:

I must say, the way that all of these landscaping structures build into the theme of "Clockwork" is pretty nice, not something you see in every development. Most of them have lighting too, so I'll have to find an opportunity to check it out at night.

Building 3 continues to progress:

This last photo really helps to understand just how long this building is:
