Nice. I drove by yesterday, and still no sign of balcony glass. The suspense is killing me.
Is everyone ready for some most excellent news to start off the weekend???
Frosted glass over the slab and clear glass above...all with black frames. Is this heaven?

Hoping for full frosted glass on the tower, but if it's all this, it's still pretty good.

That glass is not Balcony glass but the plan was to have frosted glass for the balconies which were to cover the face of the balcony slabs however, that was over a year ago that the tender went our for that. Things change so just be patient and expect the worst! I believe all of the band wagon balcony glass jumpers will be happy with the end result.

This is actually amazing. This and Parkdale Collective are such great additions to the skyline!!!
Claridge has really stepped it up with the last two projects. East Flats is still somewhat basic, but very well executed. This here is high quality design and execution. Really wish they would have put in this level of effort with Icon.
