How they plan on reaching the required FAR (19.5):​

To enable this, density bonusing mechanisms are proposed within a custom Direct Control (DC) District based on the CC-X District. Wowsers. The first image really gives an idea of its impact on the skyline. This complex might just give us a better north-south skyline than an east-west one. That ought to safely make us a very distant second to TO when it comes to impressive skyline from pretty much any angle.

The size of the towers seems exaggerated in that skyline shot compared to the diagram. The way they dwarf nearby condos makes it look like the girth of the Bow.
