yah, theres really no way to get those lower risers in otherwise. The loading dock wouldn't have the height or access to lift them. Based on the vertical supports, it doesnt look to have any impeding impact to keep in in place and still finish 98% of the perimeter and the whole roof

Super weird find but turns out if you go on Apple Maps and turn on satellite mode you can actually get a pretty detailed view of construction. Thought this was cool if anyone wants to try this on other projects around the city.
