Has there been a site plan showing how the hotel interacts with the adjacent parking garage? It's a long ramp that leads right up the to new hotel.

Access to the adjacent building will now be through the parkade of this hotel. This vehicle ramp will be demolished and reconstructed.

The plan for the XYC building and the eventual development of this lot was for the parking garages to be merged. The XYC just had such a constrained that wouldn’t allow a ramp. So yeah it’ll be integrated.

Call me crazy, but the AI version looks kind of funky. White easy trim would kill it, but without the white trim it has this sort of retro funk look.

If you used real copper or a very copper like metallic panel for the copper colored spots, it would be cool.
