Edit: Looking at their other projects... I think the Stampede Hotel gets its parkade and then they start excavating this to prepare for its parkade. So maybe we see drillers in the fall or end of the summer?

Stampede Hotel will start moving upwards pretty soon I think. We should see a crane within the next month or so. Hopefully it doesn’t take that long (Fall) to get drillers at this one. I’m not a fan of the unnecessarily hostile design against the riverfront, but it’ll still be nice to get a new hotel in the EV.

Has there been a site plan showing how the hotel interacts with the adjacent parking garage? It's a long ramp that leads right up the to new hotel.
