without giving it too much thought are we talking about 10 houses on 32nd that lose an hour of sunlight in january. hardly a hill worth dying on.
What proposed developments don't garner opposition from NIMBYS outside of perhaps some in the downtown and beltline? This just feels like election grandstanding from Jeff.

And almost all of the tenants have moved out except for subway and the pet store. I wonder if they're going to use it for an "experience center" of some kind
