Your comment had me thinking that a lot of the downtown convenience stores have closed. 1 St SW is now a BBQ place, 4 Ave SW is now Kings by LaCaille, 5 St will be replaced by the Fairmont, and at least three 7-11s have closed (17 Ave and 5 St SW a long time ago, but more recently, 8 St SW, and then the short lived one at 4 Ave and 4 St SW).

I think that puts it at 3 Circle Ks left (two on 8 St SW and one near 11 St SW).

So this is a lot bigger than what some of us - me included - were led to believe. Overall a slightly conservative but classic design. I'm a fan. I may have heard from a little birdie that the height is 46 storeys and 620' tall ;)

That second hotel looks like it is next to the Devenish Building on 17th - am I correct?
 
Floor count and heights have been added to the thread title, mainly so it fits into the proper category in the main Skyrise forum, and may be changed as more info comes out.
