Part of what draws people into Bloordale is that it has something for everyone!
There is a nice retail variety in the area - that being said however, I've been quietly hoping for these two establishments to vanish for years...

The foundation of their core business (money laundering) is not going anywhere, even as the customer base providing the legitimacy disappears. I imagine a lot of the money laundering that used to go through strip clubs is now going through pot and vape stores, though.

Their landlord probably thinks they can fill the space with something better, and maybe they can. There should be some protections for long term tenants..

I went to the previous Korean restaurant in its place once, and the wallet took quite the damage

Reminds me of Donna's on Lansdowne which I tried once as well. And had to order a pizza after because I was still hungry lol

I've been meaning to go there for a date night or something. Expensive, but reportedly both fun and delicious. Maybe with our Ford bucks.

Until recently there was a high concentration of vintage clothing shops on Bloor between Lansdowne and Dufferin, but I noticed that at least a couple of them have closed, likely due to over saturation.
