At what point does the city intervene if it keeps getting worse? Also, could this affect the Pilot townhomes?
I would definitely be concerned if I were a Pilot resident. Given the depth of the excavation and the relatively short setback distance to the adjacent buildings, these types of movements should be taken seriously.

The extent of the cracking appears well beyond what would typically be expected, and it is concerning if a detailed investigation is not already underway, particularly with additional rainfall in the forecast. Continued ground movement could further compromise the stability of the excavation and increase the risk of damage to the pilot properties.

If I were a pilot resident, at a minimum I would be very concerned about the potential for differential settlement affecting my home, such as foundation movement, wall cracking, door and window misalignment, and other signs of structural issues

Aren’t the Pilot residents only renters? If so, I doubt they care that much.

I would care, especially if I had invested time and money into the place and planned to rent it out long term. That said, I can understand why some people might not be overly concerned if it's just a rental.

The Pilot developer tho should def be pushing to have this looked at

A week or two ago I saw a Stratosphere pickup parked by EcoDen's site office, so I wonder if they were having a meeting about this.
