Is paint that expensive that this has to be completely devoid of colour? The scale looks great but it’s like it’s in black and white. Does the EDC have any influence on this?
Doesn't their oversight area end at 111 Ave? And honestly, while the black and white isn't my favorite, this looks better than some buildings that are actually getting built in their area.

Does this one have a Building Permit yet? There hasn’t been much action for a few weeks now.
Not yet, or at least nothing on the public-facing map. The guy in charge is on site most mornings though, and the other day he was joined by someone in a BLM truck (BLM is the contractor), so maybe they're still working through some final design details?

You are right, 111ave is the northern boundary. But saying this design is better than boring designs nearby isn’t really saying much. A bit of colour would go a long way especially in the dead of winter. Especially with its size

We may have to rename this the black and white neighbourhood. Enough already.

Hopefully the area will look better in a decade or two when some people who are more imaginative repaint things in different colours, unless there is HOA that does not allow that.

There's sone activity on site again.

Yesterday, a little excavator was digging at the rear of the site.

Today, a bobcat was moving dirt around, and the large crane was set up for the first time since they brought it on site months ago.
