Metrolinx says it is setting up a "laydown site" for storing materials where the Richmond Hill line crosses York Mills Road. The notice is labelled under the GO expansion header. I think there is a layover facility planned here? It sounds like construction is starting. From the notice:

Metrolinx says it will be working on the King Street bridge on the Barrie and Kitchener lines next month as part of the work to add tracks. There is also more work scheduled around the new Woodbine and St. Clair stations.

The FIFA transportation plan is out now. The first 43 pages seem to be just a summary of Toronto's transit system. As for the rest, parking restrictions on Dundas and King are planned on match days, as well as more frequent transit.

Metrolinx is upgrading the at-grade crossings on the Stouffville line with pedestrian safety improvements, including some pedestrian crossing gates. The notice singles out 16th Avenue, but I believe there are several others as part of this program.
