Hi there,

Is the estimated completion date in phases or is it the entire building? Two months time frame is quite a large uncertainty. If the inpection for your unit is in June I'm guessing legal papers and stuff need to be signed before move in date?

The estimated completion date is for the entire building. You only need to start worrying about the closing paperwork when you have received the closing notice.

I was wondering if the whole complex was sold by phase or not. We purchase in the north east building and its looking pretty advance comparing to the south building. Does all building need to be move in ready to move in? Thx

As far as I know big projects usually sold by phrase and people could move in whenever its ready while the other phrases are still under construction.

I also purchased an unit in the NE building. Westbank originally informed me my walk through date was June now I am being told later summer.

West Tower here... Also no update. So I guess besides waiting patiently there isn't too much we can do for now.

Lighting around the entrance of the NE tower has been installed. Looks like tree pits along Kingsway are being prepped.

I believe residents wont be able to move in until the end of year. Westbank is so slow.
