I wonder if there is any chance that this Avenue for the most part can be completely closed with exception of temporary pedestrian walkway to hopefully have construction move as quickly as possible.

Perhaps next spring could see 105-107 Street undergo construction from Apr-June 2026 and 102-105 Street from July-September. Perhaps construction of the crossings at 104 and 105 Street could be split.

Part II featured a lot of tarps covering the median construction. I think next week’s weather will allow for some outdoor construction, perhaps to allow for catenary pilings and duct bank work.

102 Ave is now closed on east and west sides of 104 St (which is still not closed).

Looks like a lot of traffic shifts south on 97 Avenue at 170 Street.

It will be interesting to see how this affects the downtown farmers market next summer.

I hope that construction of the 104 Street crossing can begin in late April and finish in early June. If the Oilers get out their slump and back into playoff form, perhaps 103 Street could be done later.

That curved white girder (next to the crane at Misericordia Station looks new.

Unfortunately O-day'min Park doesn't have the population density of the 4th St Promenade right now, although maybe that will change in a few years.

I do like your suggestion of shifting the market north of 102 Ave.
