I would love to see a permanently narrowed 109 Street

At first, years ago, I thought the decision to go along 104 Ave was nuts, but this video has really changed my mind. While the car-centred strip malls on the south side of the street aren't great, there's a sense feeling once you hit 112 St.

It's the landscaping/streetscaping that really makes the Valley Line pop out. I'd kill for more trams in the core of the city if this is the level of streetscaping we get for those projects.

I like the spots for trees along the LRT line. 156 Street will look really nice.
