Thanks! So the pattern of large lots along 400 series motorways being redeveloped for high-rise residential is firmly entrenched. Curious to know if this is seen in other NA metros besides Montreal and NY.

Thanks, I had no idea for any of those images, other than being in the US.
To be fair, it's not so obvious unless one is familiar and/or lives in those cities to which I am not. The hints where in the names of districts and city named edifices that I was able to draw out their respective names. It was a bit of a Where's Waldo exercise though... >.<

The tower looks fairly decent here, the mid-rise on the other hand looks quite bad.
